Three Members 1st Federal Credit Union Associates Named Finalists in CrossState Credit Union Association Contest

Members 1st Federal Credit Union is excited to announce that three of their associates have made it to the final round of CrossState Credit Union Association's CU Ambassador Contest.

Rachel Paul, Administrative Assistant IV, has been named as one of the top three finalists and will present her project on stage during the CrossState Connect Annual Convention Awards Night on Monday, May 20 in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Paul’s project demonstrates new and innovative ways Members 1st could serve non-native English-speaking members. Lexxi Kiner, Digital Content Coordinator, and Cassandra Rhodes, Customer Service Quality Assurance Specialist, were also named finalists and included in the top ten. Kiner’s project focuses on new financial education resources and initiatives and Rhodes’ project revolves around implementing in-person seminars for our members to better educate them on our services. They will both showcase their work and findings at the convention on the same day.

To participate in the competition, each candidate submitted a detailed proposal surrounding a credit-union-specific idea that could impact their credit union, community or members.
