When my husband was diagnosed with cancer in 2023, I wanted to take a short vacation with him. I applied for a small loan at another bank where I'm a member, but even with a good credit score and a high-paying job, I was denied. Members 1st didn't hesitate to approve the loan and within an hour, I walked out of the credit union with the money. Sadly, that ended up being the only vacation I had with him, as he passed in December 2023. I'm so grateful to Members 1st for making that long weekend getaway possible during such a difficult time.

Our recording studio, Progressive Enterprises Sound, celebrates 40 years of business this April. Built on the freelance work of Joe Trojcak, we have recorded bands and solo artists, created jingles and edited audio magazines with subscribers in over 50 countries. Members 1st's digital banking services allow me to transfer and monitor my business and personal funds across multiple checking and savings accounts, as well as a highly useful HELOC. Manager Zach in Middletown and teller Joe Klock in Hummelstown have been especially helpful with financial suggestions and guidance.
